Ever wonder why you crash in the Afternoon??


Somehow, as a society we have been trained that the key to weight loss is counting calories. What really contributes to living a healthy lifestyle long term is paying attention to WHAT you eat (nutritional value vs. calorie counting) and WHEN you eat.
